White linen huckaback linen towels are often considered the most luxurious bathroom towels. They are highly absorbing, dry quickly, they are soft and nice to one’s skin, they have micro-massaging effect, and they are hypo-allergic. What else would you possibly want for a perfect day start after a shower or relaxing time in a bath? And white is always more festive, more luxurious. So how one should take care of the huckaback linen towels in white to keep them bright and spotlessly clean?

The good news – it’s not a hard work at all! Just know some rules and enjoy your beautiful linen bathroom linen.

1. Wash your white linen bathroom or bed linen separately from colored laundry to avoid colors bleeding on one another. Before washing check your linen towels for any possible stains and pre-treat them with a stain remover. Stains that are left untreated can result in bleeding into your white linens during the main wash and this will cause them to lose their bright, shiny color.

2. When washing, select a washer cycle with hot temperature and lots of rinsing. Hot temperature ensures your white linen towels will be cleaned properly and also kills off any germs and bacteria that may inhibit your linen bathroom towels.

3. Choose a mild detergent to wash your linen home textile. For white towels look for a detergent made especially to keep your white laundry bright.

4. Do not use any bleach as bleaching can harm linen fabric – it will get thinner and less resistible to tear and wear. Instead, try adding a half a glass of lemon juice. It acts as natural bleach but is less harmful to fabric and helps white linen towels look their best. Lemon juice also adds a pleasant scent to your laundry.

5. Dry your white linen towels in a dryer on low temperature or hang them outside to dry naturally. Direct sunlight is also working as bleach, so you will have your white linens bright, fresh and clean.

It’s important to wash your white linen towels regularly to keep them bright, so when collecting your white laundry, make sure to include also any white towels from guest and secondary bathrooms. This way you’ll always have your white huckaback towels fresh and clean – ready to be used.
